Lillie Penley

Lillie Penley is a trust and safety policy specialist. Most recently, Lillie worked at Bumble Inc., developing and implementing policies to ensure user safety and security on the platform. Prior to that role, she held positions in safety and customer support at Bumble as well as TikTok. Lillie graduated from Kenyon College with a double major in English Literature and Gender Studies. In her spare time, you can find Lillie at the library, on a hike, or experimenting in the kitchen.
