Julia Pan
Julia Pan is a Senior Associate of Produce at Dcode, where she has interfaced with over a hundred venture-backed startups looking to scale in the federal government. She is keen on using public policy as a tool to close the “Valley of Death” gaps between lab to market and prototype to program of record. Previously, Julia worked at the Beeck Center for Social Impact, the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, and the Federal Trade Commission. Julia received a degree in computational cognitive science and innovation policy from the University of Pennsylvania. Her high school senior superlative was “Best Laugh”.
