Eva Pereira

Eva Pereira is the Chief Data Officer for the City of Los Angeles where she leads efforts to improve city operations, services, and the lives of residents through data. Her team has delivered data projects on topics like affordable housing and homelessness, racial equity, climate change, and more. She previously worked in data analytics for Teach for America and has worked on open data initiatives with the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy and the City of New York. She holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Columbia University. In her spare time, she loves to explore LA’s restaurant scene, go on hikes, and enjoy the outdoors.
